Interior inspection
-Check A/C and verify current temperature, humidity, and ensure thermostat settings are working properly.
-Verify all doors and windows are properly locked and secured.
-Visual inspection ceiling to floor for signs of water leaks/damage, mold & mildew.
-Flush and brush all toilets.
-Check faucets and run water through each sink, garbage disposal, tub, and shower.
-Inspect all appliances and check refrigerator/freezer for proper operation.
-Check for internet WiFi signal.
-Visually check for insects, pests and rodents.
-Check circuit panel for any tripped breakers.
-Visually inspect hot water heater.
-Arm security system upon departure.
Exterior Inspection
-Visually inspect exterior walls, roof and gutters (from the ground).
-Visually check irrigation and landscaping for potential issues.
-Check and collect packages out front and bring them inside.
-Check garage and exterior storage areas.
-Visually inspect lanai, pool cage or other screened in areas for tears or damage.
-Visually check pool pump & equipment for obvious issues.
-Visually check condition of pool, water clarity and water levels.
-Check condition of lawn, shrubs and trees.
-Turn on main water valve upon arrival and shut off after inspection (unless otherwise specified by client).
